Pinot Noir

Pinot noir is our largest planted variety, though it only represents one third of our production. We aim to achieve ripe fruit flavours with "transparent" tannins at moderate alcohol levels. We feel this grape should present an elegant character, shy and modest in its youth, but unfolding slowly to expose its charm, finesse and power after 5-10 years of age.
