Tempranillo

Another new wine for Dry River first made in 2011.  Our early examples have had gentle aromatics of spice, plums and leather with a supple palate profile to match.  As the vines get older we expect more focused aromatics and extra palate structure.  Until we have a greater handle on the variety and its ability to perform in the cellar, it is best to enjoy these wines early to medium term.
