The colour of this wine is a full green gold. To me the aromas are of fresh Kaffir lime leaves, crushed peach kernels and wet river stones. Zingy acids almost dance across the palate and are followed by assertive flavours of limes and peaches along with a pleasant minerality and a long cleansing finish. Overall, the impression is of succulence rather than sweetness. On a technical note, its very low pH of 2.75 suggests the wine will age graciously and it should be very long lived.
